A person who violates this section shall be imprisoned not more than one year or fined not more than $1,000.00, or both. (b) As used in this section:(1) 'Drone' shall have the same meaning as in 20 V.S.A. § 4621.(2) 'Dangerous or deadly weapon' shall have the same meaning as in section 4016 of this title.
