§ 3064

Notice of petition and hearing (a) Upon the filing of the petition, the Probate Division of the Superior Court shall schedule a hearing and notice shall be given as provided by the Rules of Probate Procedure. (b) The hearing shall be held not less than 15 nor more than 30 days after the filing with the court of the evaluation required by section 3067 of this title. The hearing may be continued for good cause shown for not more than 15 additional days. (Added 1979, No. 76, § 15; amended 1985, No. 144 (Adj. Sess.), § 159; 2009, No. 154 (Adj. Sess.), § 238a, eff.
