Penalty for failure to account If a guardian fails to file with the court an account as required by this chapter, or by an order of the court, when an account is due or within 30 days after citation issues as provided by law, or fails to furnish the Veterans’ Administration a true copy of an account, petition, or pleading as required by this chapter, such failure may, in the discretion of the court, be ground for his or her removal.
