Powers of administrator appointed to act with survivor An executor or administrator appointed under section 915 of this title shall have the same authority as the remaining executor or administrator and may prosecute or defend actions commenced by or against the former executor or administrator and may revive actions and have execution on judgments recovered in the name of the former executor or administrator on behalf of the estate.
