Estate not sued when masters appointed; exceptions Nothing in this chapter shall authorize a claimant to commence or prosecute an action against an executor or administrator where a master is appointed in the proceeding, nor where a time is allowed by an order of the Probate Division of the Superior Court for the executor or administrator to pay the debts against the deceased.
