Any person who has assigned or authorized all rights of collection shall notify the assignee of any event that would affect the amount of support to be withheld under the order. Notice shall be in writing, mailed or delivered within seven days of any such event. (b) Any amounts received by the obligee in excess of the amounts required to be withheld under any wage withholding order shall be paid by the obligee to the registry within seven days of receipt. § 786. Obligee’s responsibility (a) The obligee shall notify the registry and the obligor of any event that would affect the amount of support to be withheld under the order.
