This title applies to determination of parentage in this State.(b) Choice of law. The court shall apply the law of this State to adjudicate parentage.(c) Effect on parental rights. This title does not create, enlarge, or diminish parental rights and responsibilities under other laws of this State or the equitable powers of the courts, except as provided in this title.
