Congressional fund; interest income Whenever this corporation shall have been duly organized, there shall be appropriated and paid to its Treasurer annually, for the purpose herein mentioned, on the warrant of the Governor, the interest or the income which may be received from the fund created under and by virtue of the act of Congress.
