Computer aided design Whenever a school district or independent school makes final application for construction aid pursuant to subdivision 3448(a)(5) of this title, the district or school shall submit to the Secretary copies of site plans and building plans either in computer-aided design (CAD) format, if used, or, if not, in the form submitted by the architect or engineer to the school board or board of trustees.
