§ 5213

A town clerk issuing such a permit shall make it in duplicate if the body is to be removed from the town, one copy of which shall be delivered to the person having charge of the cemetery or tomb from which the body is to be taken, and the other shall be delivered to the person having charge of the cemetery or tomb where it is desired to place the body.
