Quarantined patient leaving hospital; report When a patient who has a communicable disease subject to quarantine leaves a hospital or institution without the consent of the authorities of such hospital or institution, the physician or other person in charge of such a hospital or institution shall immediately notify the Commissioner that such person has left the hospital or institution and is the bearer of such communicable disease.
