S.A. chapter 5, subchapter 3 (Public Records Act), except that information that directly or indirectly identifies individual patients or health care practitioners shall be kept confidential. (b) Notwithstanding 1 V.S.A. chapter 5, subchapter 2 (Vermont Open Meeting Law) or any provision of this subchapter to the contrary, the Board may examine and discuss confidential information outside a public hearing or meeting.
