Commissioner of Health; designation of advisor to Commissioner of Motor Vehicles The Commissioner of Health, upon request by the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles, shall designate an appropriate professional member of the Department to serve as advisor to the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles on health aspects of the licensing of motor vehicle operators.
