Appeal (a) Any person aggrieved by an act, decision, or order of the Commissioner, local board of health, or selectboard pursuant to this title may appeal within 30 days to the Superior Court of the county in which such person resides or maintains a place of business. The court shall consider the matter de novo, and all persons and parties in interest, as determined by court rule, may appear and be heard. (b) An appeal from the decision of the Superior Court shall be to the Vermont Supreme Court. (Added 1985, No. 267 (Adj. Sess.), § 12; amended 2023, No. 53, § 34, eff. June 8, 2023.)
