Contributions The Commissioner is authorized to receive voluntary contributions for the purposes of this chapter and of section 116 of this title from any source other than the State Treasury and any sums allotted to and received by the State or the Commissioner from the federal government for such purposes and to administer and expend the same for the purposes specified.
