Anticipation of receipts The Commissioner of Finance and Management may anticipate receipts due the Agency from utilities and municipalities on account of the construction of projects under this chapter and issue warrants based on these projects. Anticipated receipts shall be credited to the proper account when received. (Added 1993, No. 27, § 3.)
