Cooperating agencies For the purposes of this chapter, the Agency of Natural Resources shall assist the Agency of Transportation in matters relating to the recreational use and the availability of government funds that might be used for the purposes of this chapter. The Agency of Commerce and Community Development shall assist the Agency of Transportation in matters relating to bicycle tourism. (Added 1993, No. 61, § 22, eff.
