The Committee shall be composed of the following eight members: (1) the Chair of the House Committee on Appropriations;(2) the Chair of the Senate Committee on Appropriations;(3) the Chair of the House Committee on Ways and Means;(4) the Chair of the Senate Committee on Finance;(5) the Chair of the House Committee on Health Care;(6) the Chair of the Senate Committee on Health and Welfare;(7) the Chair of the House Committee on Human Services; and(8) one member of the Senate appointed by the Committee on Committees.
