Penalties Any person violating any provision of this chapter or any rule or order adopted pursuant to this chapter, which rule or order shall be filed with the Secretary of State, shall, upon conviction, be punishable by a fine not exceeding $500.00 or imprisonment not exceeding six months, or both.
