Statement and warrant for expenses The Attorney General shall present to the Governor for approval an itemized statement of his or her expenses incurred in the employment of detective service under sections 2271 and 2272 of this title. On approval of the Governor, the Commissioner of Finance and Management shall issue his or her warrant in favor of the Attorney General for such amounts. (Amended 1959, No. 328 (Adj.
