§ 3134

Seizure The State Fire Marshal, the Fire Marshal’s deputy, a State Police officer, a sheriff, a deputy sheriff, a police officer, or a constable may seize articles held by a person in violation of this subchapter and hold the articles subject to the order of the court taking jurisdiction of the offense.
