S.A. § 1003, and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of the Commissioner’s duties. Each other member of the Board shall be paid a per diem fixed by the Emergency Board while engaged in work connected with his or her official duties and shall be entitled to his or her actual and necessary expenses when away from home in discharge of such duties.
