Publication of rules and reports The Commissioner shall make available for distribution to the public the text of this chapter, the Board’s rules, the Commissioner’s annual reports to the Governor, and any other material the Commissioner considers relevant and suitable. The Commissioner shall furnish the materials made available to the public pursuant to this section to any person upon request. (Amended 1959, No. 329 (Adj. Sess.), § 22, eff.
