State-federal cooperation In the administration of this chapter, the Commissioner shall:(1) cooperate with the Secretary of Labor to the fullest extent consistent with the provisions of this chapter; (2) make reports, in a form and containing information required by the Secretary of Labor;(3) comply with any provisions the Secretary of Labor deems necessary to ensure the correctness and verification of the reports; and (4) comply with the regulations prescribed by the Secretary of Labor governing the expenditures of sums allotted and paid to the State under 42 U.S.C. chapter 7, subchapter III for the purpose of assisting in the administration of this chapter.
