Railroad Retirement Board The Commissioner may make available to the Railroad Retirement Board such records relating to the administration of this chapter as that Board deems necessary for its purposes in administering the federal Railroad Unemployment Insurance Act and may furnish copies of such records to the Board at the latter’s expense.
