§ 232

Private right of action An employee aggrieved by a violation of section 231 of this title may bring an action in Superior Court for appropriate relief, including reinstatement, triple wages, damages, costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees. Such an action may be brought in addition to or in lieu of an action under section 231 of this title. (Added 1989, No. 164 (Adj. Sess.).)
