Examination and report When so ordered by the Secretary of Education, the superintendent of schools for the school district or supervisory union where the child under 16 years of age resides shall examine the child for the purpose of determining the child’s eligibility for employment in accordance with the provisions of section 432 of this subchapter and shall, upon the completion of the examination, make a written report to the Secretary of Education who shall transmit a copy of the report to the Commissioner. § 435.
