Apportionment of compensation The Commissioner shall, from time to time, apportion such compensation between any and all dependents named in section 632 of this title in such manner as he or she deems best and in making such apportionment he or she shall, insofar as it is possible, apportion such sum so that each dependent shall be self-supporting.
