§ 2047

Security interests subject to this subchapter are hereby exempted from the provisions of law that otherwise require or relate to the filing of instruments creating or evidencing security interests. (Added 1969, No. 297 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1971.)
