Administration of chapter; rules The Commissioner shall administer this chapter and shall adopt rules, prescribe forms and procedures for application and registration, consistent with this chapter as necessary to carry its provisions into effect. (Added 1987, No. 190 (Adj. Sess.), § 6.)
