Distribution of safety education information Dealers shall distribute safety education information, as may be made available by the Commissioner of Public Safety or the vehicle manufacturers or distributors, to all purchasers of all-terrain vehicles. (Added 1991, No. 123 (Adj. Sess.), § 6.)
