Penalty for authorizing railroad crossing violations Any employer who knowingly requires or permits a driver to operate a commercial motor vehicle in violation of section 1076 of this title is subject to a penalty of not more than $4,000.00. (Added 2005, No. 166 (Adj. Sess.), § 8.)
