All meetings of the City Council, whether regular or special meetings, shall be public. Executive sessions may be held in conformance with the provisions of the Vermont Statutes Annotated. (Amended 1999, No. M-5, § 2, eff. May 5, 1999; 2007, No. M-5, § 5.)
