Business or contracts between City and City officials or employees No City official or employee shall be interested in any contract with the City, furnish any material, or perform any labor, except in the discharge of the official’s or employee’s official duties or as allowed for in the Procurement Policy or Conflict of Interest Policy as adopted by the Council.
