Oath and bond Before entering into the duties of his or her office, the Town Manager shall be sworn to the faithful and impartial performance of his or her duties, and a certificate to that effect shall be filed with the Town Clerk. He or she shall execute a bond in favor of the Town for the faithful performance of his or her duties in such sum and with such surety as may be determined by the Board, and the premium on such bond shall be paid by the Town.
