Oath and bond Before entering upon his or her duties, the Town Manager shall be sworn to the faithful performance of his or her duties by the Town Clerk and shall be bonded in such amount and with such sureties as the Select Board may require. (Amended 2019, No. M-8, § 1, eff. June 10, 2019.)
