Existing water systems; succession by Town If the Village of North Bennington ceases to exist in accordance with this subchapter, the Town shall succeed to all the rights, title, interest, privileges, duties, and obligations of said Village under a deed of gift from Laura H. Jennings, dated March 3, 1924.
