Meetings of the Selectboard (a) As soon as possible after the election of the Chair and Vice Chair, the Selectboard shall fix the time and place of its regular meetings and such meetings shall be held at least once each month. (b) The Selectboard shall determine its order of business.(c) The presence of three members of the Selectboard shall constitute a quorum. (Amended 2015, No. M-1, § 2, eff. Jan. 27, 2015.)
