Appeal If a property owner is dissatisfied with the assessment of the owner’s property, the property owner may proceed first to a grievance hearing before the Board of Assessment, thence secondly to a Board of Civil Authority meeting, and further a subsequent appeal to the Director of the Property Valuation and Review Division. Any dissatisfied property owner may appeal in the same manner and under the same time restrictions and regulations as set forth in Vermont Statutes Annotated as amended.
