Minutes (a) Copies of the minutes of the Development Review Board or the Hardwick Planning Commission, or portions of the minutes, shall be made available to any member of the public upon request to the Town Manager and at cost. (b) Copies of the minutes of the Development Review Board and the Planning Commission shall be filed and kept in the Town Clerk’s office in separate books provided for that purpose.
