§ 104 Local option tax The Town of Hartford is authorized to levy a tax of one percent on rooms, meals, and alcoholic beverages, the net proceeds of which are to be deposited in a capital reserve fund until directed otherwise by vote of the Town. (Added 2017, No. M-6, § 2, eff. May 22, 2017.)
