Eligible voters Subject to the requirements of Title 17 of the Vermont Statutes Annotated, the Board of Civil Authority shall establish and enforce the method for identifying the voters eligible to vote at a Town meeting and all elections. (Added 2023, No. M-14, § 2, eff. July 1, 2023.)
