(b) The minutes of each meeting shall be approved within 30 days of the meeting by a majority vote of the Selectboard. An unofficial copy shall be filed in the Town Clerk’s office five days after said meeting. (Amended 2021, No. M-16 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. May 31, 2022.)
