Noninterference with administration The School Board of Trustees, its members, and committees shall not deal with School District administrative officers and employees who are subject to the direction and supervision of the Superintendent. They shall deal through the Superintendent and shall not give orders to any such administrative officers or employees publicly or privately. (Amended 2021, No. M-16 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff.
