Minutes (a) Copies of the minutes of the Development Review Board (DRB) and the Milton Planning Commission, or portions of the minutes, shall be made available to any members of the public upon request of the Town Clerk and at cost. (b) Copies of the minutes of the DRB and the Planning Commission shall be filed and kept in the Town Clerk’s office in separate books provided for that purpose. (Amended 2021, No. M-16 (Adj.
