Membership (a) There shall be a Steering Committee, the members of which shall be the City Manager, the Superintendent of South Burlington School District, the members of the Council, and members of the Board of School Directors. (b) The Committee shall elect a Chair and a Clerk at its first meeting following the annual City meeting, who shall serve until their successors are duly appointed and qualified.
