The Committee shall review proposed programs to be implemented by the City and the School District in the next fiscal year, or for future years, and may inquire into and review any matters of financial interest to the City and the School District. (b) The Steering Committee shall hold at least one regular meeting in each calendar quarter. Notice of any regular or special meeting, including a general statement of the purpose thereof, shall be placed in a newspaper of general circulation within the City, or by electronic means, at least seven days prior to the date for such meeting. (c) All meetings of the Committee shall be open to the public, and executive sessions shall not be permitted. (d) Any expenses of the Steering Committee shall be approved by the Steering Committee, the cost to be divided equally between the City and the South Burlington School District.
