(b) Three members shall have terms of office of three years; two members shall have terms of office of two years. (c) All present Selectboard members shall serve as Council members until the expiration of their terms and their successors have been duly elected and have qualified. (d) All Council members shall be elected at large, and shall hold no other City or School District office, except as provided otherwise in this charter.
