Application of general laws Provisions of the laws of this State relating to voter qualification, warnings, methods of voting, the duties of Town officers at Town meetings and elections, and all other particulars relating to preparation for, conduct, and management of Town meetings and elections shall, so far as they may be applicable, govern all municipal elections and all annual and special Town meetings, except as otherwise provided in this charter.
