Such appointment shall be annually, or for such terms established by law. (b) The Selectboard may create such other appointive officers not provided for by this charter or required by law as it deems to be in the best interest of the Town. (c) Appointed terms shall commence April 1 or as soon thereafter as the successor is appointed and has qualified, unless a different term is established by law.
